IT-Design offers 2 types of Web integration for Resales Online clients:

XML: Allows the client to import all properties listing to the external client database every night. It takes 24hours to view your changes in your website.
API: All properties listings are requested directly from Resales Online server. There's no need for syncronization and the listing will be always live.

Advantages of XML Integration:

• You own the database content all the time
• You can upload "exclusive properties" which you don't want to share inside Resales Online
• If Resales Online server is down or slow your website will still be live and fast to delivery results.
• You can add new areas and property types to your system
• You can add your own property urbanizations. Resales Online don't have urbanizations list. It's mixed with the cities database.
• You can upload much better quality pictures to the properties. Very useful for sliders or Windowcard. Resales Online pictures are very low quality with at least 70% compression which you can notice with the photo pixels.
• You don't need Resales Online to display your properties
• In case you cancel or change to another Real Estate provider you won't stay without website and properties. 

Advantages of API:

• Your properties are always up to date. No need for syncronization or wait 24 hours to update it.
