Old cars will once again be protagonists in San Pedro and Marbella [1672]

Vintage cars will once again be protagonists on the streets of San Pedro Alcántara and Marbella with what has now been renamed the XI Exhibition of Antique Vehicles (formerly the Costa del Sol Route), which will take place from September 28 to 30 and It will bring together nearly forty models from different parts of Spain.

The deputy mayor of San Pedro Alcántara, Javier García, presented the event this Monday together with the president of the Historical Vehicle Club of the
Costa del Sol, José Luis Arredondo, and the Sampedreño businessman Pepe Romero.

He stressed that “it is an initiative that has become a benchmark for the autumn calendar and with which we are going to continue collaborating in future editions because it is an attractive and differentiating proposal that is closely linked to luxury, one of the hallmarks of the municipality".

He has announced that fans will be able to enjoy these vintage cars on Friday the 29th, starting at 8:00 p.m., on Marqués del Duero Avenue and, later, they will tour the main streets of San Pedro until 12:00 a.m.

In addition, the event will also include a gala dinner at Miguel's EME restaurant.

The calendar of activities will continue on Saturday the 30th in the morning with a visit to Estepona and a second tour of San Pedro, Puerto Banús and Marbella, where the vehicles will remain on display between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

He specified that all the models are before 1965, the oldest is from 1929 and come from different parts of Spain such as Pontevedra, Vitoria, Murcia, Madrid, Huelva, Jaén, Córdoba, Seville or Almería, among others.
