Featured Work: A Typography Project by Koke Núñez Gómez

Today?s featured work comes from graphic designer Koke N??ez G?mez from Spain. He?s photographed a creative set of alphabets using cherry-tree petals and branches.

Although typically seen as a Japanese thing, Sakura or cherry trees are found throughout the world. In this project, Koke used Sakura petals and branches from Valle del Jerte, a small mountainous region in Spain. Along with a black cardboard and a Nikon D3000 he composed every letter and the typography’s name ?Sakura?.

Koke is also an avid maker of logotypes, cinematic wallpapers, 3D art, GUI designs, cinematic videos, branding for marketing and advertising. Head over to his portfolio for more inspiring work.
